Improvement East Project Lead | 10702 | Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Contract until 31 July 2028 | 37 hours per week | £39,862 to £41,771 per annum | Grade J | County Hall, Norwich
The Improvement East Project Lead will play a key role in supporting the Eastern Region Improvement and Innovation Alliance (RIIA) to deliver impactful regional projects that improve opportunities and outcomes for children, young people and families across the East of England.
Improvement East is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people by facilitating collaboration, constructive challenge, innovation, and continuous improvement across Children’s Services in the region. The Alliance brings together all 11 local authorities in the East of England and works closely with strategic partners, as well as the eight other Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliances (RIIAs) nationally, to drive positive and sustainable change.
As Improvement East Project Lead, you will work closely with the Eastern Region Sector Led Improvement Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of regional projects. You will ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and delivered within agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience of, or a strong interest in, the Preparing for Adulthood agenda.
You will play a central role in engaging and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including local authorities across the region and external partners, to deliver projects aligned with the priorities set by the Eastern Region Directors of Children’s Services (DCS) Network.
