YOUR CHALLENGE
Provide support to the organization at the operational level and regarding data integrity.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform order entry into the system (CSD, various portals, website and SafeStock) and ensure the follow-up;
- Execute invoicing for our different services;
- Update the information in our database daily (creation of products and projects, if applicable);
- Produce reports according to the needs;
- Follow up on BOs.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Maintain the entry pace according to established standards;
- Customer satisfaction level.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in data entry;
- Experience in back-office work;
- Experience in customer service.
