Internship Overview
This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and wish to gain practical exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
Unlike a conventional internship, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from HR professionals and gain hands on experience across recruitment, payroll administration, employee engagement, employment compliance and workforce management.
What You Will Learn
Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to:
- End to end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Payroll administration, statutory contributions and HR documentation.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- HR reporting, data management and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Assist in preparing employment related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll and HR administrative processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Conduct research on HR trends, employment regulations and workforce practices.
- Support ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
