As a Finance & Accounting Specialist (F&A) based in Porto, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our financial operations. Youll ensure accuracy and efficiency in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while maintaining a high level of service in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with accounting and finance principles.
Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and prepare financial reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Fluent in French (C2) and Advanced English (C1) proficiency (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations.
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
Customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of multitasking.
(Nice to Have) 25 years of experience in Finance Operations.
