As a Finance & Accounting Specialist (F&A) based in Porto, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our financial operations. Youll ensure accuracy and efficiency in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while maintaining a high level of service in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and O2C transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure compliance with accounting and finance principles.

• Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and prepare financial reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Fluent in French (C2) and Advanced English (C1) proficiency (spoken and written).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations.

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred).

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.

• Customer service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of multitasking.

• (Nice to Have) 25 years of experience in Finance Operations.
