We are seeking a Client Success Manager  with 7+ years of experience.

Role Summary:

Own client communication and ensure smooth delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication and expectations
  • Coordinate internal teams and track deliverables
  • Share performance reports and identify upsell opportunities

Good- to-Have:

  • Agency/account management experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic Amazon marketplace understanding
