Controller needs 5+ years experience

Controller requires:

• Controller, Accounting Operations Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Internal Controls & Compliance, Quickbooks Online Experience, Quickbooks Experience, Financial Analysis, QuickBooks Online, payroll processing, bookkeeping, accounting operations, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, POS systems, Microsoft Office, Profit & Loss statements, tax documentation, 1095 forms, 1094 forms, 1099 forms
• Strong experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations
• QuickBooks Online Experience
• Payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax documentation
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial and company information

Controller duties:

· Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities for all Woodward Video companies

· Prepare quarterly financial reporting and consumer sales reporting

· Process payroll for all company entities

· Perform bank reconciliations

· Manage POS system reporting and prepare Profit & Loss statements

· Track and reconcile store deposits

· Prepare and file required tax forms including 1095, 1094, and 1099 forms

· Coordinate and communicate with external accountants as needed
