Family Office is looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with substantial experience leading legal departments in multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus / Italy / UAE / United Kingdom).
Responsibilities:

Legal support of a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
Legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
Corporate law (Cyprus, United Kingdom, UAE, Russia).
Supervision and management of all contractual matters.
Management of litigation.
Handling related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues.
Management of the legal department (5 people).

Requirements:

Experience in supporting a wide range of investment transactions on the securities market.
Experience in legal support of investment transactions in the real estate market.
Knowledge of corporate law in Cyprus and Russia.
Strong experience in contract work and litigation.
Knowledge in related areas: audit, accounting, taxation.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 2 employees (mandatory).
English and Russian at C2 level (mandatory).

Conditions:

Office location: Paphos (Cyprus).
Permanent employment under Cypriot labor law.
21 days of annual leave.
Working hours: 10:00 to 19:00 with a 1-hour break.
