About you
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3+ years of experience with inbound service, biotech/healthcare preferred
- Experience using customer service platforms, such as Service Cloud, Salesforce, or other CRM
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OS X, and consider it funny that someone would even ask (doesn't everyone know Google Docs?)
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Enjoys solving problems and identifying patterns
- Outgoing individual who loves working with people
- Fluent Spanish speaker
What you'll do
- Be the hub across all departments, work with the operations, engineering, and lab teams on prompt handling of orders, fulfillment, and test results
- Provide email and phone support to our customers: physicians, clinics, medical staff and patients
- Assist and empathize with patients and physicians, some of whom can be under stress
- Handle billing and payments for insurance claims and follow-up on patient invoices
- Coordinate with the sales team on enrolling and educating new clinics on the testing process
