We are seeking a DIY Field Sales Specialist to join our team and strengthen our presence in the DIY retail market. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our retail partners, ensuring our products are well-represented and effectively promoted. • Conduct regular visits to DIY stores in Greece and Cyprus, ensuring product placement and merchandising standards are met.
• Provide on-site training to store teams, enhancing their product knowledge and in-store sales skills.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends and insights for our product portfolio.
• Offer first-level technical support and assist with product-related queries in-store.
• Deliver simple technical presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and retail partners.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to align with overall sales goals and strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of store visits and market insights.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Technical Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, retail support, or DIY-related roles is essential.
• Experience with building materials, tools, or DIY products is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Good understanding of retail environments and field sales operations is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key.
• The ability to train and support store staff effectively is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation is necessary.
• Valid driver's license and availability for domestic travel are required.
