Job Opportunity: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (On-site & Remote Options Available)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? Join our international team in beautiful Athens! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding customer service in Italian
Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
Location Options:
On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:
If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece):
2 weeks of hotel accommodation
Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
Airport pickup
Real estate agency fee covered
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian (spoken & written)
Good level of English
EU citizenship is mandatory
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
