Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand existing accounts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution selling, proposal development, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with business associations, industry organizations, and professional networks to generate market opportunities and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while tracking pipeline health, sales metrics, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, including 5 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing large local enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong network across business associations, industry groups, and key decision-makers in the local market.
  • Experience selling HR services, payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or IT solutions, with strong sales analytics and pipeline management skills.
