Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst
Experience: 7+ Years
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Subject to extension based on discussions)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering business requirements, process analysis, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements

Overall 7+ years of professional experience.

3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM processes.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process mapping, and user stories.

Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process maps, and user stories.

Provide expertise in ITSM and CSM processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support.

Conduct stakeholder communication, training sessions, and user enablement activities.

Ensure requirements are accurately captured and aligned with business objectives.
Nice-to-Have Skills

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (ITSM or other modules).

Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, HRSD, and integrations.

Experience with reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Interview Process

Up to 3 rounds of interviews.

Client interview is mandatory.
