Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.

• Drive organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Manage compensation, benefits, and reward systems to attract and retain top talent.

• Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, supporting change management and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MPA preferred).

• 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations.

• Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
