We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s story across social channels and drive engagement and growth.
Role Summary
As the Social Media Manager at Norwegian Wool, you will lead the brand’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. In this full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year, you’ll craft and execute campaigns that reflect the sophistication and performance of our apparel. Your mission will be to grow our online community, drive engagement, and translate digital storytelling into measurable brand awareness and sales, all while maintaining the luxury aesthetic that defines Norwegian Wool.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with brand launches, seasonal collections, campaigns, and performance apparel messaging.
- Create, curate and publish high-quality content (images, video, stories, reels, live sessions) that reflect the luxury performance positioning of the brand.
- Monitor, analyse and report on social performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments/messages, spark conversations, handle brand reputation across social platforms.
- Identify and manage influencer, ambassador and collaboration opportunities that align with our brand’s luxury & performance narrative.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce and product teams to ensure social content supports launches, promotions, and overall branding.
- Stay on top of social trends, platform features, emerging technologies (e.g., short-form video) and recommend ways to integrate into the brand.
- Maintain brand voice and visual guidelines across all channels to ensure consistency and elevated presentation.
- Oversee paid social campaigns to amplify reach, drive traffic, and support sales goals.
- Explore and report on new social platforms or channel opportunities that can benefit the brand’s growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of social media or digital marketing experience, preferably within fashion, luxury goods, apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of social analytics tools, paid social advertising, and ability to translate insights into action.
- Ability to work creatively and strategically, and to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of luxury branding, performance apparel, high-end consumer expectations, and how social fits into the customer journey.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong eye for detail and aesthetic.
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, or creator networks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce and product teams.
