Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall commercial strategy and performance of the beauty category across e-commerce channels.
• Build and manage strong relationships with beauty brands, marketplace partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotional initiatives, and portfolio expansion.
• Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize business results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, with significant exposure to beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care brands.
• Proven track record in category management, key account management, or commercial leadership within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, consumer behavior, and marketplace operations.
