Job Overview:

Looking for a proactive IT (Systems) professional with 1+ years of relevant IT (Systems) experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant IT (Systems) experience for Senior Positions to support, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations across our internal and external technology environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain system infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
• Ensure endpoint security, antivirus updates, and patch management
• Support configuration of email systems, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
• Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation
• Provide tech support to employees and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Perform system monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Experience with Windows/Linux system administration
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems and user support
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation familiarity
• Understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection policies
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Interest in social impact tech environments or NGO tech support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant IT (Systems) experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant IT (Systems) experience for Senior Positions
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, impact-driven organization
