At Visual Components, we are building 3D simulation tools to plan factories and optimize production lines. Essentially, it’s 3D games for industrial use. We believe that 3D simulation is the future of planning, and we want to make it easily accessible.
With solutions for manufacturing design, sales, and application development, our software is trusted by hundreds of organizations worldwide. We are headquartered in Espoo, Finland, but we have offices in the US and Germany, along with a global partner network of partners and resellers.
We are looking for experienced product marketing manager to strengthen and support our global marketing team.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys turning complex product functionality into clear customer value and own product launches end‑to‑end.

This role sits between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners and is responsible for positioning, go‑to‑market planning, and launch execution.
If you enjoy working with highly technical product, cross-functional teams in a global setting have a curios mindset and enjoy continuous learning in a fast past world of B2B marketing, this could be the perfect position for you.In this role you will:
- Own positioning and messaging for products and features
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer‑facing value
- Define why a feature exists, who it’s for, and how it wins
- Plan and run product launches (Early Access → Launch → GA)
- Create core launch content: blogs, decks, product pages, social media posts and sales enablement
- Maintain competitive comparisons and differentiation
- Enable Sales and Partners with clear narratives and materials
- Track adoption and performance and refine messaging post‑launch
This role is for you if:
- Have experience in B2B product marketing (4+ years)
- Enjoy shaping positioning and owning launches
- Can simplify complex, technical products without dumbing them down
- Are comfortable saying “this feature matters because…”
- Like working closely with Product and Sales
- Care about clarity, impact, and measurable outcomes
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Background in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or engineering software
- Experience with simulation, digital twins, or OLP
- Familiarity with Early Access / beta programs and partner launches
