Description

Python developer - 5-7 yrs experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Python.
  • Work on REST APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
  • Make basic to moderate UI changes using Angular or React.
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks.
  • Communicate directly with the client for updates, clarifications, and demos.
  • Work on existing code written by others and improve it where needed.
  • Debug issues and provide quick and clean solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, proper testing, and smooth deployments.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.
  • Good understanding of frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Experience in Angular or React for basic to medium-level UI tasks.
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Ability to read, understand, and improve someone else’s code.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain work clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps basics.
  • Knowledge of microservices or event-driven systems.

Work Style

  • Ownership of tasks from requirement to delivery.
