ESSENTIALS

• Degree
  qualified
• At
  least 10 years of experience
• At
  least 4 years in Construction/ Real Estate Development companies or large
  Holding Companies/ Groups
• 3+
  years in a Strategy Management role
• Experience
  planning and directing organization strategic and long-range goals
• Able
  to handle organizational reviews to identify strength and weaknesses and to
  evaluate operational effectiveness including making recommendations based on
  internal business process strategic improvement.
• Open
  to Saudi and Arab nationals with Transferable Iqama in Saudi now
• Salary
  is from 20k – 25k SAR per month total package
