Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Wealth Management applications using Core Java and/or C# .NET.
• Support the system revamp initiative, including migration, consolidation, and integration work.
• Work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in debugging, testing, deployment, and production support tasks.
• Assist in improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Operate primarily in an on-premises environment, with potential upgrades to newer Java versions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 0 - 6 years hands-on experience in Java or C# development.
• Fresh Graduates who have C# or Java background are welcomed
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, or frontend technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is beneficial but not required.
