Primarily Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting our local teams as well as customers in the EMEA region. Focus in German market
Follow up on outstanding queries and customer call backs.
Keep and maintain consistent and accurate records in the database following customer contact
Handle all general and order specific customer enquiries within the account base, ensuring accuracy and orders shipped on time.
Liaising with international procurement team to ensure accurate lead times and delivery schedules are communicated to customers.
Maintain a high level of inter departmental and customer / supplier communication.
Provide administrative support to Sales team as required
Backlog control, solve complex logistics issues & queries.
Order creation
Support export compliance and documentation
Any other function as deemed necessary by the Management Team
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Near native fluency in English, written and spoken. German language is preferred
Experience preferably within an international shared services environment (business to business).
Excellent telephone manner, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Proven track record of excellent customer services (internal and external) skills.
Must be PC Literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, SAP
Systematic, methodical approach with good organizational skills
Tenacious and proactive approach to work
Diligent and detail focused
Ability to work with deadlines
Education/Experience Requirements
You finished your relevant education and have at least five to seven (5-7) years of work experience in an international shared services environment.
You have solid experience in an administrative role (essential)
You are proactive, take initiative and are a self-starter
