Product Strategy & Vision
Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with Verbex’s mission and business goals.
Identify and prioritize high-impact industry verticals and customer segments.
Balance long-term innovation with short-term delivery, particularly in fast-changing AI markets.
AI-Powered Product Leadership
Lead the end-to-end development of voice and conversational AI products — from ideation to deployment.
Drive improvements in human-like interactions, emotional tone, language diversity, and real-time responsiveness.
Develop AI guardrails and ethical usage principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and inclusivity.
Technical & AI/ML Collaboration
Partner closely with NLP/LLM teams, engineers, and data scientists to define AI voice tone, prompt design, and model behaviors.
Optimize product performance, scalability, and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR).
Build and evolve no-code/low-code tools for internal and customer use.
Customer, Market & Competitive Insight
Conduct user and market research to validate product directions.
Translate customer insights into data-backed, actionable product requirements.
Monitor and analyze competitor landscape.
Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success for effective product launches and positioning.
Define pricing, packaging, onboarding, and documentation strategies.
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team & Culture Building
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of PMs, UX designers, conversation engineers, and analysts.
Champion product culture, agile rituals, and outcome-focused metrics.
Foster a high-performance, empathetic, and ethically grounded product organization.
Experience: 6+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record in AI/ML-based products, voice AI, or NLP.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in building B2B SaaS platforms, especially in voice tech (telephony, VoIP, SIP, ASR, TTS).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, model tuning, data infrastructure, and LLM behaviors.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
Ethical Mindset: Passion for responsible AI, fairness, accessibility, and user empathy in product design.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
