Key Responsibilities: Leading all communications with clients and suppliers Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
