Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects related to the setup and operation of the Thailand factory, including financial accounting, analysis, tax compliance, and cash management.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of annual business plans, providing expert financial support to drive business development.
• Handle local tax filings, tax planning, and effectively coordinate audits and tax inspections to ensure full compliance with Thai tax regulations.
• Oversee financial risk management by reviewing and approving contracts from a financial perspective, while controlling costs and mitigating financial risks effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role within the manufacturing industry, with at least 1 year managing full financial operations in Thailand (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in accounting, comprehensive financial management, and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient knowledge of both Chinese and Thai accounting standards and relevant financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies.
• Experienced in handling Thai financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Bilingual in Chinese and Thai or Chinese and English and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Willingness to develop a long-term career in Thailand.
