Description

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with credit card statement reconciliation
  • Post payments to customer accounts and make bank deposits
  • Follow up on past due customer accounts
  • Assist with vendor invoice entry
  • Assist with customer invoicing
  • Answer phones
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • This position is an On-site position in Quincy, IL
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
  • Associated degree in accounting or related field

 

Benefits:

  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (could be flexible for the right candidate)
