Description
Idelsoft, a leading US-based software agency, is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You'll be on the front lines: engaging prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach. Your primary goal is simple: book qualified meetings.
You'll work directly with leadership, receive hands-on coaching, and have a clear path to grow into closing or more senior roles as you prove performance.
What You'll Do
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
Identify, research, and engage potential clients
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Use tools like Apollo.io, Linkedin, Reddit, Upwork, CloudTalk and Hippo Video to generate leads
Follow and optimize outbound sequences and messaging
Participate in daily call reviews and performance feedback sessions
Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and conversion rates
Hit and exceed activity and meeting booking targets
Ramp-up expectations:
Week 1: Learn tools, services, and processes; start outreach and role-play scripts
Week 2: Launch full outbound activity (calls, emails, sequences); daily reviews
Week 3: Operate independently at high performance with best practices applied
What You'll Bring
1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing, including cold outbound prospecting
Minimum 1 year as an SDR (preferably in SaaS or IT)
Fluent/Native English — must be comfortable speaking with US clients daily
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video
Hunter mentality — you go after targets and don't wait for opportunities
Resilience — able to take feedback and apply it immediately
Competitive mindset — you set goals and push to exceed them
High energy and strong internal drive
Self-starter attitude — able to work independently with minimal supervision
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Additional Requirements
Availability to work in US time zones (EST)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
