About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving inquiries efficiently. You'll work on-site in Valencia in a collaborative, multicultural environment designed to help you thrive from day one.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
- Support customers in Spanish when needed
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
- Log interactions accurately and escalate when appropriate
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
- Spanish at minimum B2 level
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
- No prior customer support experience needed — we'll train you
