Job Requirements:

· Education level: BEng or above

· Experience: 5~10 years experience or above, minimum 2 years design management experience is required.

· Professional Skills:

· Structural design / Geotechnical design / Civil Engineering design / Temporary works design / Design Coordination/ Design optimization

Duties to be performed:

· To lead a group of engineers in design coordination and design optimization works

· To lead a team to check engineering design, review design drawings and reports

· To coordinate and lead design consultants to prepare design submissions and to provide design services to the Construction team in a timely manner

· To help Senior Management in perform design/technical supervision to on-going construction projects.

· To participate in Project Meetings and communicate with the Engineer for technical issues as well as government agencies including Building Department, CEDD, EPD and other government agencies

· To provide support to Technical Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ General Manager in terms of engineering analysis, value engineering

Levels of job title will be adjusted according to the applicants work experience; successful applicant may be offered position - from senior engineer, assistant design manager to senior design manager.
