Description

Robbins Recruiting Solutions has partnered with a tax consulting organization specializing in business personal property and real estate tax. They are looking for an Account Executive in Dallas, TX (hybrid - 2 days in office/3 days remote) who enjoys identifying new opportunities and building strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

    • Consistently meets or exceeds annual new logo sales targets in alignment with Company processes and protocols.
    • Independently generates new business through outbound prospecting and networking
    • Collaborates closely with internal partners, and leverages sales expertise to achieve business development deliverables.
    • Responds to sales generation leads from Business Development team with urgency to advance the sales process.
    • Develops effective sales strategies to identify/qualify prospective opportunities.
    • Maintains accuracy when consistently reporting and documenting the sales lifecycle through CRM tracking systems.
    • Prepares, customizes, and delivers professional sales proposals targeted and customized for client needs.
    • Identifies and participates in conferences and associations as approved by sales leadership to generate quality sales leads.
    • Participates and engages in Sales/Marketing departmental projects and initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned by Director, Business Development.

Qualifications:

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 4+ years of results generating consultative sales experience, and at least 2 years of experience selling or performing commercial real estate property tax services
    • Experience in business-to-business sales in a consultative selling environment.
    • Basic skills in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn Navigator.
    • Experience with web conferencing software, i.e., Zoom, WebEx and MS Teams.
    • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for conferences, in person client meetings, etc.
    • Preferred

      • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
      • Strong networking experience with finance and/or c-suite decision makers preferred.
      • Experience working in CRM tracking systems preferred.
      • Exposure with professional sales training courses.
