Customer Service Specialist — Automotive Technical Support (Spanish + Portuguese) — Porto, Portugal

We're looking for a technically minded customer service professional with a background in automotive mechanics to provide expert support in Spanish and Portuguese. This is a unique opportunity where your hands-on industry knowledge meets customer-facing impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical customer support in Spanish to automotive clients and technicians

- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive-related issues using structured problem-solving

- Document interactions, solutions, and escalations accurately

- Collaborate with technical and service teams to resolve complex cases

- Follow client-specific protocols and quality standards

- Operate initially fully on-site, with potential transition to a hybrid model

What We're Looking For:

- Spanish at native or near-native level; Portuguese at B2–C1

- Mandatory hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic

- Minimum high school completion (12th grade)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Technically curious, methodical, and customer-focused

- Comfortable learning and applying digital tools
