Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Create and manage REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and configure ServiceNow IntegrationHub spokes and workflows.
Build custom applications, business rules, script includes, and client scripts to support integration requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
Implement data transformation, mapping, and synchronization processes.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure integrations comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.
Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.
Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices.
Assist in platform upgrades and integration testing activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting.
Experience with:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
JSON and XML
IntegrationHub
MID Server
OAuth 2.0
LDAP/Active Directory integrations
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, HR, monitoring, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
