About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • Devises and executes solutions; Leverages research expertise. Leverages knowledge of business, its culture, competitors and practices to create or drive solutions that helps business results
  • Builds rapport with recruiters and recruiting leads to understand recruiting needs, map appropriate talent pools and keep talent pools current
  • Reach out to individuals in the market to "know" key talent and utilize that knowledge for referral sources and candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates and recommend to Recruiters.
  • Source, engage and convert candidates to applicants.
  • Deliver qualified shortlist to TA Partners for vacancies.
  • Develop, engage and maintain talent pools/communities to retain interest in Citco and convert to active candidates when needed.
  • Create, modify, share and update search projects to identify relevant current and pipeline talent pools.
  • Provide recruitment support in the selection and assessment of candidates, technical/ industry knowledge, culture fit and skills based assessments.
  • Develop and distribute internal, external, and online recruitment marketing initiatives to target and engage prospective talent pools.

  • About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree or certification
  • 3-5 years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of Recruiting/Sourcing.

  • Establishes and maintains productive partnerships with stakeholders/ recruiters by gaining their trust and respect

  • Identifies sourcing needs and matches them to appropriate solutions

  • Monitors ongoing developments inside and outside the business’ environment to keep informed and anticipate problems

  • Keeps business informed of progress or setbacks in sourcing

  • Meets time line for delivery of project/ hiring to business.

  • Drive for results

  • Takes actions that lead to the delivery of set hiring targets

  • Shows determination to meet the objectives set by business

  • Keeps track of and measures outcomes against own standards, over and above those set by business

  • Takes actions that lead to quantifiable hiring improvements

  • Encourages others to find ways of delivering resources that will better serve the needs of business while meeting self-targets.

  • Developing Partnership

  • Establishes clear roles, functions, and responsibilities for the hiring needs

  • Develops a shared vision and mission with your stakeholders

  • Educates business on the recruiting process

  • Knows when to escalate issues to achieve common organization goal.

About You:
