We are looking for a mid-level associate (approx. 4-5 years) to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in Orange County, CA. The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in California and have at least 3+ years of solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions. Experience with daily advice and counsel concerning employment – related matters is preferred, but not required. In addition, experience and/or background in OSHA and Cal/OSHA is preferred.

We work with business management to ensure workplace compliance and an immediate response when conflict arises. We provide advice and counsel to business and defend employers from lawsuits. Compensation: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $190-235k. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on candidate’s years of practice and relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
