Description
Objective / Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the commercial leadership authority for PE Films.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
- Candidate will have superior technical skills as is relates to all aspects of Film extrusion: Blown Film, Cast Stretch Film, Extrusion Coating.
- Candidate will have superior sales skills to be able to monetize the above technical skills into commercial ratable business.
- Candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of ALL Branded and Generic Prime Film Products within the resale portfolio: ExxonMobil, Shell, and All other Generic Prime Product lines .
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing their own personal portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Candidate will represent the Company at appropriate Industry events and conferences.
- Candidate will coordinate and work closely with RRG to develop the PCR strategy and support sales into the film portfolio.
- Candidate will be responsible for channeling all film opportunities that don't fit the resale model to the appropriate distribution team.
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the favorable conclusion of all possible product failures, claims , and rejects, and will support the help grow all active film accounts
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or related training equivalent - required
- Minimum 10 years of related business experience
- Commercial experience in sales management and/or product management.
- Approach the job with a high degree of integrity and transparency.
- Must possess a working knowledge of financial measures within the sales divisions as well as the manufacturing division.
- Possess an extensive level of understand of competitive products, services and manufacturing capability across the Americas as it relates to their respective product lines
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in various software programs including Microsoft office suite, Tableau, etc. etc.
Work Environment / Conditions
- Must be willing to work from a home office.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
Physical Requirements / Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to communicate verbally, read and comprehend information, type on a consistent and daily basis.
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to travel by foot, car, bus, airplane, or other means of transportation which require sitting, waiting and standing for long and short periods of time.
