We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join Exospace and play a key role in driving our people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

✅ Strong expertise in:

• End-to-End Recruitment & Employer Branding

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Performance Management & Employee Development

• Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Compensation & Benefits Administration

• HR Compliance, Labor Laws, PF, ESI & Statutory Requirements

• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

• HR Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives

🔹 Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records

🔹 Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs

🔹 Implement performance management systems, training initiatives, and career development programs

🔹 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

🔹 Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution

🔹 Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs

🔹 Partner with leadership teams on strategic HR initiatives and organizational development
