Description
About this Position In this role, you will drive sales growth in the assigned territory by developing existing customers and acquiring new ones, coordinating line trials with AE (Application Engineer), managing customer opportunities via CRM (ACE), implementing pricing actions, and ensuring achievement of defined sales KPIs. What you´ll do Coordinate with AE to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints Execute short-, mid-, and long-term local sales plans in line with the SBU strategy Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new customers Execute customer roadmaps and manage / close growth opportunities using the CRM tool (ACE) Implement pricing actions in accordance with defined processes Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors Provide regular input to the Manager regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the territory Deliver defined KPIs including KP, OSG, and PC% targets in the assigned territory and/or customer accounts
