Description

Drive growth of existing accounts and generate new business within the Resin Flooring market through strategic sales and strong commercial execution. Manage key, new, and existing customers while collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.

  • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and specifiers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage key, new, and existing accounts
  • Provide technical advice on flooring systems and products
  • Support project delivery in collaboration with Technical Services
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain pricing/margins
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure accurate reporting and CRM tracking
  • Experience in the flooring industry (resin technology preferred)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of Resin Flooring (essential)
  • Fluent in Dutch language
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC)
  • Strong communication skills
