Requirements:

  • Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and understand customer goals.

  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve customer outcomes.
  • Develop initiatives to improve retention and reduce churn.
