Job Description
- Drive the overall growth, profitability, and performance of the Credit Card portfolio.
- Oversee product economics, process design, and initiatives to achieve net customer growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Distribution, Operations, Finance, and other support teams.
- Conceptualize, propose, design, and launch new credit card products and product variants.
- Ensure systems, processes, audit requirements, risk controls, and legal approvals are in place for all product launches.
- Monitor product performance, customer behavior, and portfolio trends to identify improvement areas.
- Enhance existing products with new features based on market needs and competitive landscape.
- Support and resolve customer or partner related queries on product features and promotions.
- Build and manage partnerships to strengthen customer value propositions.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable contracts and optimize partner assets and engagement programs.
- Execute retention strategies such as proactive waivers, loyalty levers, and targeted offers to reduce attrition.
- Drive initiatives to support net client growth across the unsecured lending portfolio.
- Monitor rewards cost, feature cost, and overall expense performance to ensure optimal cost‑to‑benefit ratios.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketing levers to enhance product acquisition and usage.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
- Review and update product policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in credit card product management, payments, consumer banking, or unsecured lending.
- Proven experience in leading a small team, mentoring, and driving performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of credit card portfolio economics, customer lifecycle, product features, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product development, enhancements, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
