Description

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with clients and ensuring they experience the value of our premium fruit products. Your role will involve:

Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by executing effective sales strategies.

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped markets, and pitch products to potential clients.

Customer Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Data-Driven Selling: Use sales data and market insights to refine strategies and deliver value-added solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and Maintain Sales Pipeline: Track and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers to ensure steady sales growth.

Attend Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Provide Market Insights: Gather feedback from clients and the market to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.

Handle Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the company's products and services.

Prepare Sales Materials and Proposals: Create compelling presentations, proposals,and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.


We are seeking a go-getter with a knack for building trust and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food, or agriculture industry.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and basic data analysis.
o Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
