The Regulatory Affairs Lead will oversee the full registration process for designated brands for our client, an established company in the beauty and personal care industry. This role involves ensuring that all product documentation, ingredients, and labeling comply with BPOM regulations, coordinating with regional teams, and managing testing and regulatory compliance activities. You'll lead a dedicated brand-focused team, track key deadlines, and act as the primary liaison for regulatory matters with BPOM and relevant industry associations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BPOM registration process and ensure timely release of registration numbers.
• Check document completeness, labeling, and ingredient compliance.
• Coordinate product testing and report submission.
• Oversee document translation, claim assessment, and scientific support.
• Manage regulatory affairs team.
• Liaise with BPOM and represent the company at PERKOSMI and FORKOS.
• Oversee e-commerce ads compliance and DIP (Document Information Product) reviews.
• Align with regional regulatory team for strategy and updates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in beauty industry.
• Strong English Proficiency is a must.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM regulations and local compliance processes.
• Experience with product testing coordination and clinical document reviews.
• High attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential data and work cross-functionally.
