Description

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Technician to provide advanced computer, network, and technical support to our client. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Valley Stream, NY, with occasional travel to nearby locations (within a five-mile radius).
This is a full-time, on-site position. Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p, M-F.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, configure, and support network operating systems
  • Resolve complex workstation issues (PC and Mac)
  • Install, upgrade, and test industry-standard software and operating systems
  • Administer databases, internet/intranet systems, and maintain secure access across workstations
  • Configure, install, and maintain network switches
  • Design and support simple computer networks
  • Provide additional technical support across wireless networks, mobile devices, console controls, and peripheral equipment
  • Support other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of technical support experience in a professional setting
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
  • Network+ and CCNA certifications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working in education environments is a plus
