We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to join our client, a well-established retailer and manufacturer that offers an extensive range of clothing for men and women.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (a Master's degree or CPA/Brevet certification is an advantage).
  
• 
  At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
  
• 
  Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  
• 
  Demonstrated skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving.
  
• 
  Effective leadership and communication capabilities.
  
• 
  Committed to high standards of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Basic English proficiency, with the ability to understand and convey simple instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functions of the accounting department, covering accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  
• 
  Compile and analyze financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with relevant accounting standards.
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with tax laws, internal financial policies, and established control procedures.
  
• 
  Manage both internal and external audit processes, including the preparation of required documentation and audit responses.
  
• 
  Lead and support the accounting team through supervision, mentoring, performance assessments, and ongoing training.
  
• 
  Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
  
• 
  Review and approve weekly financial reports submitted to the owner.
  
• 
  Calculate managerial salaries and seek approval from the owner.
  
• 
  Prepare and execute payroll transactions via online banking platforms.
• Prepare, consolidate monthly and yearly financial reports for subsidiaries and group.
