Are you a French speaker looking for an exciting customer-facing role in Sofia, Bulgaria? We are hiring a Customer Service Consultant to support a globally recognised vehicle rental brand, helping French-speaking customers enjoy smooth, stress-free mobility experiences.

In this role you will be the voice of the brand for French-speaking customers — assisting with reservations, rental queries, billing, modifications, and any issues along the way. You will combine your linguistic skills with a warm, professional approach to leave every customer feeling valued and well-served.

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound French-language customer contacts via phone and digital channels
  • Assist with bookings, amendments, cancellations, and billing inquiries
  • Resolve complaints and service issues with speed and empathy
  • Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet quality, satisfaction, and productivity KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
  • English: working proficiency
  • Warm, professional, and solution-oriented communicator
  • Organised and reliable in a structured work environment
  • Available to work on-site in Sofia
