Computershare are looking for an Associate Information Security Analyst to join the Global Information Security function.

The Global Information Security team is responsible for driving the development, deployment and management of information and Cyber Security across the Computershare businesses, globally.

Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively supports the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

As an Associate Information Security Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of cybersecurity—partnering with teams across EMEA, Oceania, and North America to help protect critical operations.

You’ll gain exposure across a range of key service areas, including third-party cyber risk, risk & compliance, and security culture, while supporting broader security initiatives. From helping to embed strong security behaviours and best practices, to contributing to policies and standards, you’ll play an important role in supporting how security is applied across the business.

Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with other analysts, supporting the delivery of tasks in line with team priorities and learning from experienced colleagues along the way.

Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on. You’ll:

  • Support internal and external audits, including gathering, recording, and reporting on evidence.
  • Assist with control assessments to help strengthen security frameworks.
  • Contribute to risk management activities and documentation.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements across regions.
  • Carry out third-party due diligence activities, helping to protect the supply chain.
  • Help with the planning, preparation, and coordination of audits, ensuring activities run smoothly.
  • Assist in the remediation, tracking, and reporting of audit actions and outcomes.
  • Conduct peer reviews of evidence where required, supporting quality and consistency across the team.

What will you bring to the role?

The Associate Information Security Analyst will have a ddemonstrated interest in cyber security and IT in general.

You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team environment, showing that can integrate well within a group of people with a common goal. Having good verbal and written communication skills is essential, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical terms to both technical and non-technical audiences or seek advice from other team members.

Other skills & experience:

  • Ability to influence others in order to maintain project timelines and testing prerequisites.
  • Experience of modifying approach and style to obtain co-operation, commitment and resolve conflict.
  • Confident to gleam a plan from many disparate tasks, co-ordinate those efforts to a common goal, and change process for future success.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks/schedules and work well under pressure with limited supervision, both individually and driving other team members.
  • Willingness to engage with stakeholders throughout the business (both technical and non-technical).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and be an analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

It would be ideal for you to have the flexibility of working to support conference calls/meetings outside of normal office hours and occasional travel to other national and international Computershare locations.
