Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, as well as experience in retail sales, inbound sales and retention. This individual will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, as well as promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, and retaining current customers through excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inbound/outbound sales
  • Strong retention skills
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements:

  • On-site | San Fernando, Pampanga
  • Full-time, Graveyard Shift
  • 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
  • Salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.
  • For permanent position.
  • Not presently employed by another company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Promote and sell products and services to new and existing customers
  • Retain current customers through excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and promotions
  • Provide training and support to team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create and implement sales strategies to improve team performance
  • Act as a liaison between team members and management
