Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Purchasing Manager , you act as a true operational and managerial relay, actively contributing to the definition and deployment of the Group Direct Purchasing strategy (raw materials, mechanical components, alternative materials and trading goods), in compliance with the Group’s industrial standards and requirements. Operating in a demanding industrial environment specialized in the design and manufacturing of pumps for diversified international markets, you drive day-to-day purchasing performance in support of production efficiency, product quality and industrial continuity. Management Operational Leadership You lead and develop a team of 4 buyers, ensuring skills development, activity prioritization and alignment with Group objectives. Acting as direct support to your manager, you contribute to the operational steering of the purchasing department: decision-making, emergency management, supply security and coordination with industrial teams (production, supply chain, quality, R D). You play a key role in structuring purchasing processes and ensuring their effective deployment in operations. Purchasing Performance Supplier Management You manage the Direct Purchasing portfolio, securing costs, quality and lead times, and actively contributing to the continuity of the industrial supply chain. You drive supplier performance (KPIs, improvement plans, supplier reviews), lead strategic tenders and negotiate contracts with a TCO-focused approach, risk mitigation and industrial robustness. You develop sustainable supplier partnerships, adapted to the technical constraints of PCP pumps and an international operating environment. Purchasing Transformation Innovation You ensure continuous market, raw material and industrial technology intelligence, in line with product and process evolutions. You contribute to purchasing digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on performance, reliability and value creation for the Group.
