Senior Data Engineer

Job description:

- Developing and implementing Data Models and data Marts for Data Lake / Data Warehouse

- Writing effective and scalable Python codes.

- Ability to Design and Develop BI Reports, Dashboards, and Interactive Visualizations

- Work with other Business Departments and extract/import data into Data Lakes / Data Warehouse.

- Work closely with team members, and other teams on Operations / Issues related to Data Models, Data Design, and Data Process Requirements on daily routines

- Create and update related data documents.

- Do the as-is analysis of the data warehouse and create to-be model solutions

Job requirements:

- > 5 years of experience in SQL, AWS Data Engineer, or as a Python Developer

- AWS Certification, AWS implementation projects experience is an advantage

- Experienced in ERP systems (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP ERP)

- Ability on PySpark (Python) is an advantage

- Good English Communication is preferred

- Good working experience in SQL, AWS, Python development, monitoring and/or troubleshooting, performance & planning tuning,..

- Good knowledge of Data Lake / Data Warehouse Concepts and Data & Dimensional Models.

- Good Knowledge of Cloud Data Warehouse (Amazon RedShift; Google BigQuery,..)

- Time management

- Ability to work under high pressure, multiple tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software systems (Sharepoint, MS Project, MS Visio, ..)

- Strong written and oral English communication skills

University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
