As an Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub GL, AP, CM, FAH, AR - Manager - Operate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financials systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Analyzing client needs to configure and optimize Oracle Finance solutions for enhanced operational efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client expectations
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Identifying opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Utilizing financial management software to support strategic financial planning and reporting
- Collaborating with clients to address conflicts and engage in constructive discussions
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory authority requirements
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within the team
- Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and promote continuous learning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance financial reporting processes
- Embracing change and innovation in financial management systems
- Developing skills in financial risk management and regulatory compliance
