Director - Head of Business Development, Securities Brokerage

full Licensed Corporation, covering RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9, is looking for the Managing Director
in overseeing the Sales & Business
Development of Securities Brokerage in
Hong Kong Operations and assist the CEO to manage the Company.

Responsibilities

§
Manage
and oversee Sales Division of Hong Kong Securities
Brokerage

§
Be
accountable for the profit & loss of the Division & overall management and
its business targets

§
Drive the sales of Hong Kong Region and
implement business initiatives and strategies to facilitate business growth by
leveraging a broad range of products and services (including securities, bonds,
mutual funds, FX, insurance, unit-linked products, IPO, underwriting etc.)

§
Explore new and potential market to grow
the business and achieve profit growth

§
Cultivate strong relationship with clients
and broaden the client base through prospecting and increasing clients
portfolio

§
Recruit high-caliber talents to strengthen
the sales force and build a positive team culture

§
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to
achieve individual & team sales target and deliver exceptional quality
services to exceed expectations

§
Keep abreast of market practice and
regulatory requirements to maintain sound control environment

Requirements

§
Degree holder in economics & finance or
related discipline

§
At least 10 years of working experience in Securities
Brokerage Industry with 5 years of sales team management experience in Regulated
Activities (RA1, 2, 4, 5 & 9)

§
CFA/CFP qualification preferred

§ Must be mission driven with high-level of integrity

§
Expert knowledge in wealth products, both
in investment and insurance

§
Proven track record in achieving business
results with strong leadership and coaching skills

§
Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal
and motivational skills

§
High level of customer centricity mindset
with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

§
Good command of spoken and written English,
Cantonese and Putonghua
